For Your Peace of Mind

We stand behind our innovative craftsmanship and guarantee that each and every gem or jewellery piece purchased under the brand will be free from manufacturing defects.

As a standard across consumer products, your purchase is, by default, protected under the Australian Consumer Law should you deem the service or product does not meet its advertised features.

Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Service

We offer a 5-year free polishing service for all fine jewellery and investment pieces purchased under the brand name.

We recommend having your fine jewellery cleaned and inspected every 18-months. Serviced inspections may help prevent unwarranted damages and extend the life of your investment.

This service is free of charge and only offered to BARRYGEMS customers, ensuring that your investment stays up to standard.

Should you wish to claim this service at any given time within the advised time frames, please visit our contact us page to book an appointment with one of our accredited jewellers.

Conditions and Exclusions

Any third-party servicing performed on BARRYGEMS jewellery will void your manufacturer's warranty.

This includes any third-party repairs, maintenance, servicing, or other services performed by someone other than BARRYGEMS or an approved associate of the company.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in coloured gemstones are unique and individual to each item.

These characteristics are what make each individual gemstone unique, and should be considered as part of the character of the item. This should not be considered a defect.

This also applies to all BARRYGEMS jewellery as every piece is handset and unique to each jeweller that has worked on that specific piece.
